WSA Advantage and WSA OnePortal
Widex and Signia, two of the world’s leading hearing aid brands and key members of WSA, have launched an expansion of their teams and a reimagined structure, all designed to better support Hearing Care Professionals. This move underscores WSA’s commitment to elevating the audiology profession with one simple promise: make it easier for you to deliver better patient outcomes. We’re calling these improvements and changes the WSA Advantage.
This new “WSA Advantage” streamlines support, simplifies operations, and expands choice – all while reinforcing each brand’s distinct sound philosophy. The new WSA Advantage is a comprehensive set of benefits designed to save you time, reduce administrative complexity, and unlock new opportunities to grow your practice.
What's New:
- Unified and expanded sales and training team that delivers dedicated audiology expertise, marketing resources, and business development support.
- Streamlined systems for ordering, billing, and account management to make day-to-day operations simpler and more efficient
- WSA OnePortal – a faster, more secure login experience across all brands (mySignia, myWidexPRO, and ShopRexton)
- Coming in Q1 2026, the new WSA Partnership Plus program allows benefits to be earned on both Widex and Signia hearing aid purchases, providing reinvestment opportunities through relevant and curated business services.
When does the single sign-on experience begin?
The WSA OnePortal will be live on Thursday, October 23rd. You will receive an email from WSA with a temporary login and/or password on the 23rd.
Why are we changing our e-commerce experience?
We are creating a single, cohesive ecommerce environment, allowing you to purchase from all of our brands through one unified user login, removing the inconvenience of multiple logins.
Do I have to create a new login?
For Widex customers, yes. MyWidexPRO users previously utilized User IDs and will need to switch to email addresses as their new logins. For Signia and Rexton customers, new logins will not be required and will only need new passwords in order to authenticate and access MySignia and/or ShopRexton sites.
Are there new websites?
ShopRexton’s URL will remain the same, while Signia and Widex will get new URLs. When accessing the current sites, customers will be redirected automatically to the new sites. We encourage you to favorite/bookmark/denote these new sites.

What happens after October 23, 2025?
In the event that you attempt to access one of the ecommerce sites and you did not receive or respond to the WSA OnePortal temporary password email, you will be asked to validate your login information via a Forgot Password link. You will then create a new password (with increased security) and then be redirected to the page you had initially attempted to visit.
Will it look different?
When you’re first redirected to the login screen, you will see a branded WSA page. Once you have signed in and validated your WSA OnePortal account, you will see a navigation bar featuring all three brands (Widex, Signia, and Rexton) while shopping on your selected ecommerce site. Other than this new navigation bar, all shops will remain the same.
Can I buy from any brand now?
If you are already set up to purchase from other brands (account in ERP and active ecommerce login), you will be able to navigate between our brands. If you select a brand that you do not currently do business with, or have not been active on that brand’s ecommerce store before, you will be directed to contact support in order to set up your account.
